What is the cancellation policy regarding Coronavirus?
- We will offer full refund to our students up until the 1st June 2020.
- We will also offer deferral to 2021 at 2020 prices.
Are the staff fully qualified?
Yes. All staff have the appropriate degree qualifications and teaching staff in addition have teaching qualifications and experience. All staff are cleared by the Disclosure and Barring Service (a legal requirement in the UK if working with young people). All staff receive training before the course begins.
How does Inspire deal with aspects of safety and security?
Inspire takes safety and security very seriously, in fact it is our number one priority. We have a very high staff to student ratio in order to guarantee that our supervision is of the highest standards at all times. We also carry out detailed risk assessments for all our activities and excursions.
How many students from one nationality will attend the course?
We make sure that there are a maximum of 20% of any one nationality on Inspire courses to guarantee English is spoken at all times and our students can enjoy a truly international experience. We also split nationalities in classes, activities and even encourage students to sit with international friends at meal times.
What do students need to bring?
We will send an information pack containing a list of what is needed when your booking is confirmed.
Who will meet my son / daughter at the airport?
They will be meet by one of their teachers from the course. They will be wearing an Inspire Summer polo shirt and holding an Inspire sign. The airport transfer is included in the course price.
Is Inspire accredited? Is there a complaints procedure?
Yes. We are accredited by the British Accreditation Council. You can view our accreditation, and also their complaints procedure here. We have our own complaints procedure, so please do contact Inspire first to discuss any issues or concerns you may have.
